Can't really rip on the quality for what its made in.
I for one can't do anything in paint, so these I think give it, it's own style~

I think you guys are mistaking what artifacts are. This pic actually doesn't have the artifact issue that the old ones did.

It seems just low resolution, technically. Also MS Paint.

I can only draw on paint because "some admins" erased some pictures of me, so I use another type of drawing for me not deleted, should they erased I swear I'm outta here.
