I played this eroge and hated it, which is rare. It's one of very few eroges I played once and, without even unlocking 100% content, deleted off my PC.
It wasn't that it was bad, really, but its UI was just terrible, making it very annoying to play through. Everything is just menu commands at the top of the window rather than buttons, so it felt really half-assed. The music was also all but terrible. The sound effects still give me headaches, not having played the game in a month, they were so bad.
The plot seemed good, but I had trouble following it. I got the sad ending (not bad ending, the sad one). Not sure if there are other ones, but the sad ending was heart-breaking.
All in all, imo, a terrible eroge for a good fap. Great if you like more story in your porn than porn itself, but other than that...
At least the art, and thus the CG set, is good. :3

What was the plot?
Like I said, I had trouble following it. :P
All I got was some vague understanding that the protagonist was some kinda-sorta mind control secret agent dude who MCed away his own memories of ever being one in order to "retire" and spend his remaining days normally.
His sister ends up moving in with him for whatever reason, and, after a few days, something happens that ends up with the protagonist learning that said sister is terminally ill. The only potential and experimental cure is a drug with a very strong hypnotic effect as well as an aphrodisiac. The CEO (I think) of some pharmaceutical company, the one that makes this drug, is the one that tells him about it and supplies him with it, explaining the side effects and dangers of using it. She basically says, in a nutshell, that the protagonist is gonna have to fuck his sister after she takes the drug in order for the side effects to subside and for the sister to lose the side-effect suggestibility.
Lots of fucking happens, his sister's health continues to degenerate rather than make progress, and, at the worst time, the protagonist's forgotten history comes back to haunt him. His sister is kidnapped by someone he had a previous altercation with in his forgotten life. A bunch of shit happens, the protagonist, thanks to his ex partners, gets his memories back - they worked in a fail safe mechanism to his own forgetfulness in order to reverse it in case of an emergency, and said enemy which kidnapped the protagonist's sister turns out to be a zombie (wtf?) disguised as a human which the protag obliterates with a sudden surge of mostly unexplained seemingly magical energy. Pew pew! Fwoosh! And, of course, the ending I got was, after saving the sister, she fucking up and dies anyway after being brought home, after the protagonist and her get to say their goodbyes to one another. /end
Oh, and all throughout the plot reveal, it's slowly shown to the player via flashback dreams that the protagonist's sister was experimented on, likely by the person who kidnapped her, in the past. I didn't really read how or what for, because, at that point, I didn't care anymore. She's also MCed against her will in a sort of "group mind" way with a large group of girls and set against the protagonist, as seen in the other image from this game on the Hub.
Anyway, it sounds like shit the way I described it, because I left out every possible intricacy the plot had. It actually seemed fairly fascinating. If I hadn't gotten that entirely depressing ending and if the UI were better and the music didn't make my ears bleed, I'd probably have actually replayed it sometime for the story. Fat chance, now.

I believe if you're Interested in some Mind control VNs then in the forms under the sticky links thread there is a link to a site that lists a hell of a lot of VN and the links takes you to the search resolute for mind control. There are about 8 pages I believe with a lot of results per page and you can look at tags for what's in it and whether there is an English translation or not. Plus some have descriptions in them.

Way too many to list, that's for sure.
I only half understood half of them, though. I only got my translator working fairly well (custom dictionary settings and the like) around a year ago, while I've been playing these things for years. Before the custom settings, the translations of some lines were all but impossible to understand. They still are, in some cases.
