Keiko, And Yuri? Lovely. It's always nice to see you work on the classics, tato.

I'm a little confused by Keiko's new occupation though...Keiko used to be a secret agent, and pretty mum at it, since, it's a secret. She's also a mind controller herself(she uses talismans), and wouldn't be confused by other people doing it. Now she's a police woman for some reason? And I guess they wiped her brain after she switched jobs so she doesn't know what mind control is anymore?

There really isn't a cannon way of doing things with the Library Agent Series. Keiko can serve through many different roles as the plot needs her to be, at least that's how I see it. This can be considered a sequel to Club Application should the reader wish it.
What I will say for future reference is that Keiko is a secret agent that works under local authority when necessary and helps them where she can. That is where I will start every new story unless I explicitly say that it is a sequel to a certain comic. I hope this helps straiten this out, if not please say so.

I saw Keiko as a consistent character, but whether she was that or not doesn't matter if you are Intentionally writing her as a kitchen sink. Even if it Was different before, it would be your imperative to change it up.

Glad that sorted that out. I guess you could say that the original comics done by Hypnovideo are their own separate cannon? I will keep her personality intact of course I really do not want to character assassinate any of the original people. When I do remakes I want to be as faithful to the original while adding elements that make sense and allow the story to flow best. When writing these there are some things that are hard cannon such as personality, locations, and characterization. That is what I wish to stay as the constant starting point but the story from then on is what I make of it. Of course when making a sequel to a comic you have to use what has already been established.
