The big boobie curse is semi-permanent. Their breasts will remain that way indefinitely, but it is curable. Changer is avoiding casting spells soley to undo previous spells because they're not in a safe location and a backfire could lead to making things worse.

As for the giantess question(s): Currently, she is mindlessly masturbating in the corner of the room, so she hasn't been relevant to put on screen. And her shrinkage is the same as the boobie curse; it can be undone, but will last until it is undone.
