It's good aside from the mana cost. I would say to make it {1}{W}{U}, or one, a white and a blue. (Sorry, I make Magic cards as a hobby)

lol its all good, I appreciate it.

I made the mana cost bad on purpose cuz if you somehow let someone get this card to work, you deserve whatever's coming your way.

And it's pure white cuz the DHMC (Department of Hypnosis and Mind Control) is a place of order, maybe the other divisions have diff colors but Parker stays pure white.
