Did you check the volume of the video, some times it's close to mute for some reason. You got to raise the volume on the video and that solves the issue.

Whoever did the editing of the original piece had the dialog turned down and the music turned up. The dialog is audible but only barely and in order for it to be understood the music becomes just a bit too loud.

This series is legitimately one of the worst things ever made. Not just one of the worst things I've ever seen. It's so bad it bankrupted what was a very prominent ecchi studio.
