As for coloring, it's cool :) But I would make a few recommendations. For starters, since it was already preshaded, it would probably look cleaner if you use the "color" mode on your brush (depending on what program you're using?) rather than "normal" mode.
The lines look a little rough, mostly because it seems handpainted in (better than bucketfill!) However, it might be easier to either reline it in your program and then painting underneath the lines or trying to get a separate layer that is just the black lines of the lineart.
I hope that's not too confusing! It might help to look at some digital coloring tutorials!

thanks but I don't see what the color setting does. Also I am usually better at making the lines more smooth.

The color setting selectively colors shading so that it looks cleaner. What program have you been using?

photoshop right now. I am looking for a better one. any suggestions
Photoshop's probably the best you can do lol. I usually use GIMP and some others here like Paint.NET
