pyreimp9 a particular entity from the game tangles those under its control with those pink ribbons.
It is not the only mind controlling entitity in the game mind you, but the rest tend to be a lot harder to make into a horny thing (specially when this one already kind of is), so it is the one that gets the most hypnosis related fanarts.

Also Limbus is great, would recomend either trying it or wathcing someone play it. Great story
