With an actual goddess kneeling at her feet, the world truly was Harley Quinn's playground. With The Big-O's box of Apokolips toys, there were so many ways to deploy the technology of the New Gods to aid Mistress Harley's divine mission.
To focus her inspiration, the madwoman turned her attention to the upcoming national holiday. Independence Day, an oxymoron to celebrate as the leader of a harem of enslaved heroines. Yet, it turned Harley's rapid fire imagination to a new rapid fire target.
A second generation speedster who followed her father's pace, but had once worn her powerhouse mom's patriotic moniker. Who better to liberate on an unforgettable Dependence Day than Jesse Quick, or better yet, Liberty Belle!?
