Yeah, this one requires some prior understanding.

Look at #85254 for another take. They riff on the same interaction from the story, but that one made the visuals more helpful.

Context is, during the 7 swordswomen event after the hawaii servfes event, Summer Jeanne brainwashed Jeanne alter santa lily and Jeanne alter swimsuit berserker into being her little sisters with a "little sister beam" and tried to do the same to Ritsuka by making them her little brother/sister, a fight breaks out and the other jeannes break free but still spend time with her since they technically consider themselves sisters anyway.

Though I don't know where Raikou got the "mother laser" since the Summer Lancer version was more of an anime high school disciplinary committee member then the insane smotherly mother as her berserker self.
