Its from Hikikomari Kyuuketsuki No Monmon, the context is that the controller is sharing some memories, and after that she is going to brainwash the victim into thinking they are her big sister.

Meanwhile Mindwipe, theres ALOT of vids on the site that are just like, 1-2 seconds long. Everytime it loops it creates a black flicker thats extremely annoying when it could have just been a gif instead.
