[CLASSIFIED REPORT: OPERATION 'NOVA GENESIS', STAGE 2.5]

After training, Field Director Lanolin (see 'Operation NOVA GENESIS, Stage 1: Ms. Lanolin's new "Silverbell" Wispon upgrade has showed promise with drawing long-term members of our organization back into the fold; however, numbers for enlistment have still fallen below expectations. Commander has thus issued an order for us to begin scouting members with potential for training and ability to take orders obediently, and the Director offered a certain 'Whisper the Wolf' as a test of her Wispon's lullaby function.
- Ms. Whisper's experience in the Diamond Cutters, as well as her time playing solo, speaks to a professionalism in both group and single mission settings. Training in different weather conditions and close-quarter combat has been suggested for her new protocols under code name: Silencer.
- UPDATE: Subject displays full and unyielding loyalty to the G.U.N. after thorough reconditioning, and her marksmanship surpasses most existing records from prior recruits- but traits of her old life appear to still be present. Although the Director has pushed back on the decision, Agent Silencer seems despondent without subject 'Tangle the Lemur' at her side; Commander suggests that we should move forward with recruitment of this Lemur for Silencer's full efficacy. Stage 3 for Operation 'Nova Genesis' is approved in regards to Tangle; see dossier for Director's "Silver Angels" initiative.
