I'm not familiar with pokemon, so I looked at a furry booru's tags for the pokemon. Feel free to correct any that I missed or that were incorrect.

The Pokspa was built on these hot springs for a specific reason. The water that bubbles from the ground has a remarkable, almost unnatural, ability to reinvigorate bathers in a way potions can't. And distilling it, then adding in a secret blend of herbs and berries creates a potent aphrodisiac--the keystone of the spa itself. A single vial of the stuff can reduce a Pokmon's refractory period to mere seconds. And you can bet the spa-goers take full advantage of it.

Around noon the Pokmon take five. Drinks are ladled out with refills aplenty. Pokmon mingle with each other, a lucky few make plans for the night. A certain Pokmon is intent on helping an exhausted, reluctant trainer drink his share. After all, it would be a shame for the newcomer to miss out on the spa's full experience.
