I'm usually not a fan of fat bastard as a theme but Zelda in that harem outfit with the Yiga eye over her womb more than makes up for it.

I think what also helps is that Koga is relatively in character here. Keeping Kohga's rather endearing personality helps to take away from the ugly bastard aesthetic.
