Okay, so with the source link broken I can't check if the artist said anything, but I'm almost certain the one on the right is the yugioh card character Wynn (appears on probably at least ten cards; "Familiar-Possessed - Wynn" and "Wynn the Wind Charmer, Verdant" give the clearest pictures for someone else to check my work).

I would assume the other might also be a yugioh card character, but if so, I can't tell who. As far as I can tell, she's not any of the other Charmers, she's not any version of Ecclesia, and she's not any of the Witchcrafters. I swear I've seen that design before, though...

Found her, it's Raye, seen in most of the Sky Striker cards but primarily headlining "Sky Striker Ace - Raye".

How do we even tag this artist? The artist go by the name _ with twitter tag 659328652ad, but has no connections to other sites like pixiv. There was a linda.s and a gigasgiga on pixiv that posts similar works but those accounts were deleted and I can't be sure they are actually the artist.

Sigh, I guess I'll tag them as 659328652ad.

Hey, I used to follow this artist. Their pixiv was deleted in November of 2023, so they made an X account instead. They go by Linda.S, and some of their works are archived on Rule34. This post was actually how I found out they still had a Twitter, so thank you.
