I am 90% sure it's called Dragonfly hypnosis because of the hand motion, not the "eyes spinning."

Sorry to burst the bubble of some people on here, but eyes don't become spirals IRL XD

Dragonfly hypnosis is my fav to do irl tho

The last one is dragonfly hypnosis because spinning your finger like that actually does hypnotize dragonflies.
