Yeah the hypnosis in this ones a little unclear but the pixiv tags do say brainwashed

Based off the picture alone it seems as though Selene, and maybe May, has stumbled open Serena and Hilda parading around sex and sort of worshipping it. This was probably around the time pokemon masters rebranded to masters ex, so maybe its them embracing the name change.
