Command seals are servant exclusive. Only Shirou's command seals work on Saber, and those command seals are Archer's. She *does* get new command seals when she contracts with Saber in the UBW route, but the design is similar to Shiro's. And at that point Saber follows her orders anyway.

None of that is true. We have these shows animated under the writer's direct supervision, and multiple servants changing hands and clear shots of their seals in all of them. They stay the same.
