With moral being at an all time low, the higher ups decided to take an unconventional approach to help boost motivation.

While altered perception is one of my favourite types of hypnosis, I typically don't do it since I find it most effective when there's some sort of buildup (which usually requires more than one panel/page). For this though, I think I came up with a scenario which I think works in a single panel!
