Kinda, yes! Beyond the standard RPG "enemies can put you to sleep/Charm your party/make them Forget their skills" stuff, there's a late game instance of pretty explicit hypnosis.
Not, y'know, stage hypnosis, and it doesn't get any of our party, but who cares, it's canon!
