That's just one of the incomplete features. Not really a bug.
Every 404 I know of is merely an incomplete feature. And I think I know of a majority of them, since I've clicked nearly every link on the site. :P



The only catch for Slayerduck hosting us was that we test this software for bugs and report them to the developer. He's considering using this software as the base booru.org one, rather than the old beta booru version it has now, sometime in the future. Our job is to make sure the developer knows about every problem we can find, so that he can fix them.

So we love when you report bugs. ;)

Posting this just so everyone knows it's been reported. Any pic with a score above 6 displays an error code near the favorites part of the sidebar.

For some reason, the default Popular page has stopped updating.

Edit: Now it's working again. Seems like its timing is just messed up.

Minor, but annoying. When there is a new post to any section of the board, the text goes bold. I love this as I am always surfing and refreshing and love to read every bit of content. Alas, the Comments has been remaining bold no matter what I do. I tried clicking through all 13 pages and it still bolds as if there are new unread comments.

Know a way to kill that? I have no problems with forum posts unbolding when I read.

That happens on and off for me, usually its forever bolded for me though it does go to normal font every once in a while.

Vanndril and I have been trying to find the cause of that glitch for several days now. We can't pinpoint when it happens, which makes it hard for us to send a bug report. Whether it works or not seems to be completely random.

You should probably look for a class called User (like searching for "class User", or a file called User.php) and see if it has a property called user_id.

That's already known about and reported. It only happens for a little while after you set your avatar, then goes away seemingly randomly. It replaces the Remove and the (broken) Edit buttons for the avatar in the profile.

Image isn't uploading

I don't know what can be the cause of this issue, so I just will tell to you what I did...
before of I try post this new image I uploaded other two images, and alright, so I was upload a new image, put the image, the source, tags, clicked to upload, all normal... and showed to me the progress bar, and nothing happens (/ T _ T)/ I tried again, nothing, again, and appeared this error:

Tried again and yet don't work.
The image size is 1,44 MB

edit: and yes, I tried upload another image and worked, and tried upload that image again and it just don't want...

Bug with the size of the screen

If you have a small screen like mine, when search by many tags, it happens:

isn't much elegant...

It could be our duplicate detection system being a pain in the ass, though it usually doesn't give that error. What image is it? Can you link to it here? I'll see if I can upload it, myself.

If it is our duplication detection, you can solve the problem by resaving the image in an image editor, to refresh the MD5 of the image.


Gah! This is something I could fix, myself, easily enough if I could edit the .css file without causing all sorts of wonky problems. I'm still working on that. I'll add this to the list of stuff to fix when I get it working.

I reported this to the developer now, regardless. I hope he will add a sort of fix to the default setup of the site so that no installations will have the issue.
