Hopefully soon, indeed. Though, I doubt it'll be too soon, since, over the past month, I alone have flooded him with more bug reports than he usually gets for one version. :P

Searching on the wiki does not search for page titles. For example, searching "pendulum" will turn up pages that have "pendulum" in the description, but not the actual pendulum page.

Maybe if these are crawled, Google can help. Easier than implementing the feature and re-building the database with a FULLTEXT index.

While true (maybe, I'm not exactly technologically savvy), it's still something that the dev should fix, as it should search for titles. Remember, we aren't just reporting these issues for our own benefit, but also to help the developer and slayerduck.

I can't for the life of me figure this out, but some wiki pages have their row of images broken ([[persona 4]]), and some don't have a full row of images, even though there's more than enough to fill it up ([[princess zelda]]).

What do you mean about the row of images being broken? It's ok from here, I think. Screenshots:

I mean they aren't all on one line. There's one image below the others. If you look at some other pages, it has all the images on the same line, which, I assume, is how it's supposed to be.

I think that is just because the viewport gets resized, and the images are probably inline-blocks.

By the way, I think this probably was noticed already, but: i.imgur.com/mJQmrPE.png
Notice that there is one missing character, the first one.
Maybe because of removing the first characters of "" accounts one extra character by mistake.

The source URLs? Yeah. Noticed, reported, and fixed, according to the developer. We just have to wait for the next update for it to be implemented.

Speaking of updates, you guys did set up any sort of backup, right?
Because, you know, it'd be sad to go back to the booru.org with all history here wiped due to one wrong keystroke when updating the site or something.

How many characters are required to screw up an entire system, you ask? See:

Lol, don't worry. Before we even tried to apply an update or anything, we'd definitely go to Slayer and push for those backups a little bit, as I'm actually not 100% sure if he did anything about it yet. :P I'm sure he'd do it, too (if he hasn't already), because he needs up to beta test this software, and it wouldn't do to have us suddenly not be able to use it anymore. ;)

Besides, the way it's designed, updating should be as simple as dropping the new files on the file server and allowing them to overwrite the old ones, barring massive database changes, which will likely not happen any time too soon. I'd REALLY have to fuck up real bad to have something as simple as that ruin our entire collection.

I'd probably ragequit the internet.

That's why I'm talking about backups :)

Besides, servers go kaput for many possible reasons, and I'd only trust a regularly-updated zip file on my computer.

I know I'm being paranoid, but heck, I've still got unsorted hypnochan bookmarks rotting around like "check this tread later" >.>

Lol, I hear your concerns, trust me. But Slayer has a fair bit at stake with our current well-being as well. I talked to him about it before, and he said he'd handle it soon-ish. Bringing it up again and again would be nothing short of me being a nuisance. I'm willing to trust that he hasn't forgotten about it and that he'll do it when he can. I don't have any intention in bringing it to the forefront again atm unless an update for the software is released and it still isn't done.

I just tried to upload something to the booru and just got this error

Catchable fatal error: Object of class Post could not be converted to string in /home/hypno/app/controllers/application_controller.php on line 173

Just as a heads up as I try again

Update: It uploaded just fine the secondtime around. Not sure what I did to do that so--

You forgot to select an image to upload, first. :P
That happens when it tries to upload a ton of nothing. The error message that says that you haven't chosen a file to upload is supposedly already fixed for the upcoming version, btw.
