You cannot redistribute the commission for profit in anyway. You may share the image however you wish so long as you aren't profiting directly from it.
I will not refund images I deem as completed, partial refunds for images partially complete are accepted.
I will not share your email or information in anyway, you may not share my said information either unless I consented.
You will not claim the image as your original work and credit me properly if referring to who created the image.
Some commissions may take a long time to do, please be patient. If I haven't started it yet I can refund you.

It's up to the commissioner if they want background, but those take a while to make so if they are willing to spend the extra bit for a background its all on them.

Just an idea. Even if it takes longer to make, don't make them pay for the background. There are easy ways to improve the background without it taking too much time and if someone wants something like a Jeep and a horde of Dinosaurs getting chased by a T-Rex in the Background, you could still charge him/her. But for a room to add a chair, a picture on the wall, drool on the floor or even some toys as flavour elements can improve a pictures tenfold. You could even use a little mascot, like adding a crystal doll or drawing in each background, giving it a personal touch.

It's good that you are at a point where you can make money with your hobby (you are easily in the top5 on this board) but I think you still need 2-3 years to improve your drawings to make really good pictures.

I am going to get shouted at for this comment, ain't I? I have a weird scala that is very picky about quality. Currently only 2 people on this board draw art I consider good (and both are taking 50$-60$ with a high quality background), so please don't bash me for saying you still need some work with these. :(

First off I would just like to state that already assuming the position of a victim will more than likely urk people so I would avoid doing that.

But, I do agree that I still need a lot of work but I actually draw quite a bit of non porn, painterly drawings on the side, but when I am doing commissions I need to be professional, I can't be using it as an excuse to practice something that may bring down the overall quality and add things that the original commissioner did not originally want, if they ask for the image to take place in a setting but don't want a high detail background I do accent it with a prop or 2 to set it but beyond that I will purposely avoid it. I also want to continue to enjoy drawing for the hub, hypno stuff is my fav thing to draw and if i start pairing it with studies and practice I won't enjoy it as much, and in turn, be less enthusiastic about doing it.

Thank you for your criticism, I am always open for all forms of criticisms as long as they are valid to some degree but I will avoid adding things that aren't necessary for the final product.

As for commission prices I set mine higher than average for more reasons than just "time to complete image," I won't discuss this publicly but if you want to know PM me.

New update, so as it turns out I will probably finish the last few commissions during the start of the new school semester so they will be a bit slow, sorry.

Leading me to my second point I will NOT be doing a second batch of commissions but I think I have an alternative where I will accept one commission at a time and work on it whenever I have some time to kill during the school year. This means the commission will take likely up to weeks to finish as I will put school work on priority, plus I need some time to relax between classes as well. If that doesn't work out I'll just have to go back to not posting anything again for a very long time.
