Honestly, I don't think I've ever seen "good" angels in anime, normally the demons are Neutral or Good, being the heros or will do anything if it suits their needs, and the Angels are Lawful Evil trying to control humans and look down on everyone.
Rage of Bahamut - Genesis (a rather B-rate fantasy anime) has Angels and Demons that fit slightly more conventional roles. Angels being generally good, though still very flawed and very self-righteous, and demons being generally evil, though more selfish and backstabbing than actual "evil for evil's sake".
The anime was apparently based on a card game, of all things. And the anime itself does not in any way involve cards, unlike most... Looking at you, Yugioh.
