I was considering whether or not to go through the trouble of getting Saimin Yuugi to work on my laptop. You can easily see some screencaps at hitomi.la/galleries/536846.html. Seeing as no translations are available, I would only be playing for the visuals. Does anyone who has played the game know if the pictures on the website constitute every image in the vn, or are certain scenes/plotlines left out?

Why not just look for the CG set? It's not very hard to find. I also want to play Saimin Yuugi but mostly for the plot. It's one of the few games that actually does a service to those of us who appreciate hypnosis more so than other parts of things.

I feel that the main point to consider when playing a hypnosis VN is immersion. So, really I recommend trying to get it to run on VNR.

Also, are you someone who cares mainly for the mental aspects of hypnosis too? That is to say do you tend to be put off by the more explicit content that may detract from things?

The pics on this site aren't even close to all the images in the Saimin Yuugi/Saimin Enbu series. But if all you're interested in is the visuals, why not just do what LillyTank said and go find the CG set? It's not on g.e-hentai because some idiots think a girl with small breasts = loli, but it's on exhentai, and there are tons of other sites where you can download the whole set.

If you're only going for visuals, then you'd be better off going for the CG set for Saimin Yuugi. It focuses more on the actual hypnotizing than it does the CG, so there's more focus on the words than on the visuals. Saimin Enbu focuses more on the CG than the hypnosis, so if you're only going for visuals then you'd want to try installing that one. I guess what I'm saying is, if you're only going to look at the pictures instead of reading it, you're going to spend a long time in Saimin Yuugi just sitting there holding Ctrl waiting for stuff to happen.

Thanks for the advice! I ended up downloading the CG set and it turned out to be the same set of pictures on the website I originally posted. Not sure if I found the wrong stuff or..
