Looking for a Figure

Hey guys, do any of you have this particular figure?

I ALMOST had a chance of getting this figure on ebay for 40 bucks till someone sniped it on me on the 1 second mark...
I am DYING to have this figure. I am willing to either pay money (no offer higher than $50 please) or I will draw art for her.

oh yeah i saw this, there's a better one where kanji is included for 110 bucks, which is probably what I'll get since that means each figure would be 55! Thanks though!

I know the pain Q~Q I got the Rise and Yukiko Megahouse figures, but the Chie one is going for like...$150...
