Inspired by KingGreen's "Punk Piece" pictures on FA, depicting a world where various women have been retroactively and irreversibly transformed into "busty, lusty, rude, crude, and dumb as bricks punk sluts".
In this setting, an unknown villain is using their quirk to transform various heroines into vicious, selfish, slutty punks. Unfortunately for the victims, the quirk seems to have affected the memories of everyone around them too, and its transformation properties are permanent.
