As someone who has done the whole speaking-in-third-person thing in MMOs for roleplaying, I think the problem is that he's just really bad at it. You need a certain flow for it to not be grating and hard to read. He doesn't have it.

Toy thinks that your manner of speech is hard to understand for a couple reasons. Toy would like to point out that it isn't just a matter of exchanging first and third person tenses of words around, but the way your sentences are written is important too. Without proper sentence structure and punctuation, Toy would be really hard to understand as well. A certain flow is required in order to easily read third-person speech, and Toy wonders how anyone can easily grasp what you say when you speak in such a manner. Not that Toy is trying to be rude or anything, but rather, Toy would like for you to be able to converse like this! It's fun, after all!

I honestly don't understand why your account is some sort of hive mind. Are there three different people, or one person in three roles (or, alternatively, three people in one)? If the former, why not just make 3 accounts?
