Just a nitpick in that the breasts arent really connected to the pectoral muscles so that spell shoulda given her some beef on her chest instead of balloons.

Pectus means chest. Pectorals were named for being in the chest, not the other way around.
Engorgio is a preestablished spell and Pectus is chest, so in context, Engorgio Pectus means "swell (the/her) chest"
Edit: Technically Pectus can also mean breast directly but more likely that would be pectusculum or mamma. Engorgia Mamma and Engorgio Pectusculum both sounded awkward to me.
