Rest In peace Alan Young.
Hey guys, I don't know how appropriate this is to post here, but it seems almost anything goes, and someone who helped shape my childhood is now gone.

So...

Rest in peace Alan Young, the brilliant actor of such roles as Wilbur in Mister Ed, and Scrooge McDuck in ducktales, as well as Haggis McHaggis in Ren and Stimpy, has passed away. Why am I talking about this? Because Alan is an actor I've always spoke highly of. I always thought he was hilarious, and I loved his passion for his career. He WAS Scrooge McDuck and he would never let anyone take that away from him. Rest in peace man.

WAIT WHAT FUCK NO

Fuck... I mean, he was really old, and I was suprised he came back for Remastered, but it's a damn shame. This fucking year man, don't know what it is, but the reaper seems to be in really high spirits. Going to be a fucking long list of icons when the year is done. Heh, I wonder what Disney's going to do? Was he back for the reboot? How much work had he done? Are they going to change midseason, or rerecord?

Anyway, he will be missed. Death comes to all, and he lived a good life, but to people who had such an impact, forever feels too soon.

That shit was tragic. What's worse is... even if William's suicide was prevented. He still only would have had 3 years to live. He was diagnosed with a deadly strain of Parkinson's disease.

Really? Damn. I...

After about 5 minutes, I've decided not to continue talking. My ethics would be deemed offensive. Sorry.

This is worse than the summer Billy Mayes and Michael Jackson died on.

I took a look at Alan Young's list of works, I can't say I've seen anything he was in, but may he rest in piece. Why do we keep losing beloved actors and musicians? Why can't we lose people like corrupt politicians, child molestors, and serial killers?

DuckTales was such a beloved show to me, losing Alan Young feels like losing a treasured piece of my childhood :(

I had a look at his IMDB page, he has 60 years worth of credits(!!!) Not all Disney, really cool random parts too. Like I didn't know he was in The Curse of Monkey Island or 119 freaking episodes of The Smurfs. Or the original version of The Time Machine.

I'll miss him most for Scrooge McDuck, I loved Duck Tales. But seeing that list is pretty incredible. Rest in peace Mr. Young.

2016 has been really bad for celebrities deaths. David Bowie, Prince, Alan Rickman, Muhammad Ali, Harper Lee, Frank Sinatra Jr, the list goes on.
