Shitposts like that to e-hentai are fairly common, you just filter them out unless it's something you recognize, which is why the hypnohub miniposts stand out.

I notice tons and tons of practically useless minigalleries in my searches. I also notice that I end up skimming past them unless I recognize the image/character about 99% of the time.
