Ok, so I was listening to some hypno audio, because I'd overcome some appehensions, and I hadn't really notices any effects, except some mild tinglyness. (Been using the same file, it recommends you re-listen until it starts taking hold.) So, I was just using it, and I'm still not 100% sure if I'm doing it right, (my mind keeps wandering, controlling my breathing is really hard since I don't have good lungs, and it becomes too much of a focus, I think, I don't know) and I'm not really slipping out of mind, but I'm still getting something. It's just I still feel concious by the end. Anyway, I was nearing the end of the file, and I think I was doing well. THEN I GET A FUCKING PPI CALL. Now... I feel really weird? My head is a bit numb, I'm a bit dizzy, I'm tingling all over, and I'm just aching. Am I okay? Or... What? Y'know, cause I don't... Know?

Play whole file again. That should fix it.

You thought there were little effects because you were using file properly. Now you got interrupted.

That's usually how I kind of feel after I get snapped out of a trance. Tends to fade on it's own after some time passes.

Yeah breaking out of a trance early is about like when your leg falls asleep, just for you whole body. Once you move around and clear up it's fine.
