Thing is, so did I. I had a million things racing through my head at first, and I wasn't getting anything. This was the first time I think I've gone under. Again, I still had thought, but it was slower, and having listened to the file for like, the past week, I was able to better focus on the words, and repeat them in my mind, instead of being confused, and already having the pictures in my mind. After yesterday's interruption fucking me up, I was sort of craving a full session, and I got it.
Something else that kept throwing me off was the breathing. I don't have the best lungs, so slowing my breath was tough. After a ton of practice, I don't strain myself as much, and hope to get more natural. It's really a case of trial and error, with a dose of willpower, relaxation, and focus. I'd say keep at it, but it's your call. I'm certainly wanting for more. Haven't felt so refreshed in months. Maybe I'll get better at trancing, maybe these triggers will work, I don't know. What I do want to know is if I'll hooflock.
