Inside: Horror Game with MC Elements from the Creators of Limbo
Hey there! I'm new! And since I'm new, I thought I might direct your attention to an MC game I haven't seen anyone talking about.
Inside is a game from Playdead Studios, the creators of the indie hit Limbo. If any of you are familiar with Limbo, Inside is it's spiritual sequel. It's got a lot of the same elements - 2-D puzzle-platformer with minimalist storytelling, a dark, moody atmosphere, a child protagonist and a million horrible ways to die.
The game takes place in a dystopia where a sinister organization (I think...it's not super clear right now) has used mind control to turn the populace into zombie-like thralls. You play as a little boy who's been targeted by the bad guys and is trying to stop their plans.
Also, I should mention that the bad guys (probably) aren't trying to control you. They just want to kill you. With guns, killer robots, and attack dogs. Used on a kid, no less. It's pretty brutal.
The MC comes in when you're allowed to take control of the thralls yourself. During certain sections, you can use a suspended helmet to control nearby thralls and use them to solve puzzles. There's also a pretty tense sequence where you wind up in an "assembly line" of thralls, and have to blend in to avoid suspicion.
Here's a video. The helmet gets shown at 4:05 and the "blend in" sequence is at 5:09.

It's coming out tomorrow for Xbox One and July 7th for Steam. Early reviews are so glowing they've gone radioactive.
Personally, I'm more interested in the game and story than the MC stuff - this is frankly too horrifying for me. But the game itself looks fantastic, and it's sort of on-topic. I thought someone else might be interested.
