I think she has stretchy/transformation powers? I dunno, there's some odd stuff on this guy's DA, I wasn't looking too deeply into it.

Yeah, she does. I did a brief search. The character has plastic man/Mr Fantastic esque powers, so being told to be a cow will literally have her transform into something similar...though..it doesn't make sense because he specifies cow and not cow-girl..so she should transform even more..oh well

Yup she does. Did a few art trades with this artist before as well as gifts :3 She is a fun character under emotion control and mind control :3 think I have quite a few of her that way as well.

That expression at the end isn't so much tranced as exasperated to me. As if she is thinking "Okay I'm stuck as a mooing cow for now... as soon as this is over I'll get even"

I reread the text bubble and he actually says "Were Cow". So...I guess it works out in the end.
