Hey. New here. And also new to photoshop. Took me a solid 45 minutes to figure out how to make a damn circle. Anyway, not entirely sure of all tags and stuff, but did what was obvious. Tried to make a gradient on the irises, but it wouldn't come out right. Anybody have any tutorial or something for something like that?

I'm stupid and can't use words. I meant the whites of the eye. Iris was just the first eye part that came into my head. M

This would work better as a femdom honestly
I mean I suppose. I can see that, but I'm not a fan of femdom.

Anyway, I'm not exactly getting the impression of there being MC/Hypnosis to the subject as being that of a "femsub," other than the tags you gave + what you've brought up in the comments. I originally mistaken this as being a femdom post, as we have many similar examples of a busty woman using a hypnotic accessory toward the viewer's perspective. That is minus the text manip of the character speaking, but you get the general idea I assume.
So, I'd recommend looking into changing the eyes to match the color of the accessories, in order to give us more of that impression of her being dominated. Granted, I get that you're still new to photoshop and that you probably can't go back and change it right away if you wanted to, but I do recommend that for the sake of quality + clarity. Otherwise, not a bad job so far.

Trying to make the colors seem more solid and less like a transparent overlay without actually hiding the eye
If you're using the second tutorial (Zko's method) in photoshop, you can use the 'soft brush' as an eraser too. Select the eraser tool, and choose the soft brush like how you would using the brush tool (only make the brush smaller than the brush you used to make the glow). Then you can 'erase' the color that's hiding the iris while keeping the outer glow. You can experiment with the opacity level of the erase too if you still want to keep some colors on the iris. You'd also need to have the glow on a separate layer from the very beginning so you don't also erase the eye.
If this is too confusing for you I can try to add in some pictures ><
