I found out where it was from and changed the tag, but I don't exactly know what episode it is from. The characters might be nameless extras, though.

The closest I remember is that german girl had programming that was triggered and made her attack the main character at one point. Iirc, she was supposed to be a way to become as fierce a warrior as the MC's sister, and was kind of a battle trance.

Yep. Found it. Not really mind control, though. Just two girls reacting to Bifauxnen (as in actually-a-girl) Charles/Charlotte looking like a gentleman at a cafe.
