Why the 'legion of superheroes' tag?
Perhaps this is a version that it's based off of, yet as always, we know these two from Teen Titans for the most part...

I just don't remember either of them ever being a member of that group... (normally, the fact that the two books take place a thousand years apart from each other would make that entirely impossible, but we are talking about comicbooks here...)

Superboy and Supergirl having regularly rotated through that group sees to that. Sometimes they go back in time, sometimes they bring people forward (like in the JLU episode where Supergirl joined them).
