I found this on exhentai and uploaded because I feel it's easier ask questions on this site then there.

That is a moustache worm, when eaten it causes the eater to grow a moustache that is the envy of all who sees it. However the mere sight causes anyone to see it to be compelled to eat it. In the picture an infected person is giving one to the blue chick.

TBH I have no clue whats going on.

That is neo-edo-exican's Blue Naga character. The hand is feeding her a fruity tentacle, another creation of neo's. The naga has hypnotic eyes by default so there is technically no actual hypno going on in this image.
No clue why it was on exhentai.

so, if an image has hypno, but show it it any meaningful way, it is not allowed to be posted [with the one exception of being set which contains hypno]
by the same logic, if an image doesn't technically have hypno, but damn sure looks like it, as exemplified by the image in this post, it should be allowed
