Thinking of making a game based off of /tg/'s "Humanity's Last Stand".

This thing. I want to play this campaign idea so fucking bad!!!! I was wondering what would be the best system to use for this? my options for it include either Pathfinder or D20 Urban Arcana for some tech advancement. Anyone else interested?
