Who keeps flagging all the haigure pictures? I thought the hypno was already implied in haigure pics, because its a form of body control and humiliation.

Yeah, seriously. It's getting a little ridiculous. Haigure by its nature is always hypno.
Don't worry about it. Not every one may have noticed the discussions in other pictures or Van's comment about it. Mods will remove the flag when they see it.
Is there a link to it? I'm not the one flagging it, but I've always been confused by the nature of it and where it made it appearance and maybe the link will provide the answers I need I would like to know more cause I'm the type if I don't understand then I want to understand and go out of way researching but I'm having no luck with it.

Honestly, something like this was bound to happen. When a form of MC is presented without any context to the uninitiated and by uninitiated, I mean people who are unfamiliar with the source material, which is to say Shin-Chan (a show that isn't necessarily popular,) and in cases like this, is the sole element of MC, it's gonna cause some confusion. If you showed this to any Tom, Dick or Larry, they'd just see someone in full control of their own mind, striking an odd pose and flag the picture, renewing the vicious cycle of haigure.
