Entirely different kind of hat and uniform, and that pose is fairly generic. Plenty of things do reference Jojo, though. Like half of Street fighters characters are based on Jojo characters, guile and juri being the most obvious ones.

Part 3 apparently got an official manga release in the west a short while ago, and Part 4 is going to get one some time soon.

Yeah, Part 5 is the one that'll give you trouble finding good scans.

The scanlation we had for the longest time was shitty, but not hilariously shitty like Duwang.
