I'm gonna disagree with you EoD. I'm not seeing any indication of that being the thing in this picture.
What other scene could it be?
The entire point of the Imperius Curse in HP is that it has no physical signs and it is impossible to tell if someone is under it. So the lack of visible MC signs is perfect acceptable.
So I'll ask again. What scene is this other than Mad Eye Moody's demonstration of the Unforgivable Curses?

One it doesn't have to be a scene at all. Two, all we've got is that Moody is holding either a pen or a vibrator there is no indication the spell has been cast. I know the whole it has no signs that its been cast was a problem with it in universe. They mention a lot of death eaters got out of charges by claiming they'd been under imperius and the lack of ways to detect it meant it slid, but there is no indication that such is the case here. The indication here is more that Moody is demonstrating use of a vibrator.

"Defense Against the Dark Arts" is written on the board you dummy.
I'll say it again. Imperius has no indicators of any kind. Not from being cast, not from being in effect. The movie framed it as Moody manually controlling the spider, but that was only the movie. The book had him using the curse on his students and training them to resist it. Given the fact he looks nothing like the movie version we can assume this is based on the book instead.

In what capacity does it saying defense against the dark arts mean it's still being used? Hermoine is looking down with a different expression than would be indicated by the text's description of Harry when he was under the Imperius. I'll say a reference is plausible, but this is hardly a case of it's obvious if you know the source material.

Because that's evidence for what scene this is meant to be.
Oh and guess what? There is a specific rule on this website that allows sources of MC that only fans would be aware of.
