I wasn't really expecting that game to release well after all of the "Augment your pre-order" nonsense.

How strange. Human Revolution had a fantastic port and for all of their faults, SE usually has a pretty decent rack record on their PC versions. Wonder what went wrong.

In any event, I expect this topic to pretty much dominate any article in regards to the game for weeks now, a la Arkham Knight.

I'm disappointed about the microtransactions, certainly, but well beyond the point of caring. I wish they'd stop that dumb shit, but know they won't because it's an easy way to make a buck. All I know is I'm never gonna touch them. But I haven't heard anything else problematic about the PC version except for possibly bad loading times. Are there really that many problems?

According to some Steam reviews, there is some setting fiddling required to ensure the frame rate stays at 60, but aside from that, I think it runs ok... (I don't own the game, this is just what I've heard)

Runs fine for me. Damn pretty as well. As for the microtransactions I didn't even notice them till I saw the article on Eurogamer. Hard to get too annoyed about something I didn't even know was there. Dragon Age trying to sell me DLC in the game this ain't

I heard Deus Ex's control scheme wasn't all that great.

The game gives you a couple of options on what scheme you want to run. If you're playing on consoles, I find it to be all pretty easy.

I hadn't realized until now, but a God Eater game is finally coming to a system which people own (PS4 updated re-release of God Eater 2 Rage Burst)! I know, some people own Vitas, but really now. Maybe I'll give that one a try.

Also, yeah. DoA DLC is just silly. The game itself is pretty good though. Probably my current favorite 3d fighter until probably the new Tekken or if they release a new Soul Calibur. (Probably not going to happen, but hey, gotta hold out hope.)
