A [[bunny_girl|rabbit]] from the Moon with the ability to manipulate brain waves via [[hypnotic eyes|eye contact]], most commonly to induce insanity. She can also manipulate other types of waves, such as light and sound. Despite the nature of her powers, she is level-headed and studious.
Her ability can function as mind control, and is usually depicted as such.
She is the student/servant of [[Eirin Yagokoro]], in the employ of [[Kaguya Houraisan]].
