I've personally had a great time with Wave, over a good period of time, as has my boyfriend, Ashy. Won't go too into details, but I've never felt better, and experienced things I still don't fully comprehend. I'd say give him a shot.

Nope, I too also find these kinds of things incredibly uncomfortable. ^^; I'm actually surprised at the number of females I've known who have been willing to set up a hypnosis session with someone they've only known for the duration of a two-minute Skype chat, just so they can get their hypnosis fix. In fact, one person I'm friends with had someone try to suggest them into not loving their boyfriend anymore, and it upset them to the point of tears.

I personally have a crippling fear of being put under myself, I honestly don't care how many people say "oh it's really not that bad, it can be fun". I just enjoy drawing it and getting off to looking at it. XD

Easiest way to treat hypnosis in these circles is like sex. Your success rates of begging on Craigslist are about as good in comparison. That said, you can go "dating" or just enter a social circle and see what clicks.

Likewise with the sex analogy, going beyond consent is ENTITELY not okay.

Making a connection is hard and good people are in hard supply. I'd focus on adding value to yourself in what ways you can, personality wise, talent wise, intellectually or even enthusiastically. You see who is popular in these parts and why. They have something to them that makes people want to spend time with them and reach out. Even good old Pinky here in lack pf generating content or being a productive member of the community is one of, if not the top person on the forum out of sheer enthusiasm, they inject this place with life and people respond well to it.
