Artists - will this tablet work?
Greetings, it is I, the Anax. I come to ask the community, if this:

www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0...1Fb16CQ7YL&ref=plSrch

is a good investment for me,as far as doing my own art on the computer. I will be making my own games to go with my erotic interactive novels, that I'm sure you've enjoyed. So I need to d my own artwork.

Will this suffice? Any suggestions? Please and thank you.

I am using an intuos tablet too, no problems whatsoever, it should definetely suffice for drawing! ^w^

A mid-range Wacom like that will be just fine for a beginner.

honestly, you could be better off with the intuos creative draw tablet, only costs around $80 and from my experience, it work's just as well as my intuos pro which was over $200

This is the same tablet I use except it's the smaller version. I've had it for about 4 months with no notable problems whatsoever. I would say go with the smaller version. You can do a lot with it without the need of the medium size. It really just depends on the size of your monitor somewhat. In any case I hope that helps. Good luck!! :D

I used the small one for a year, before passing to the Cintiq. It's a really nice tablet, worked perfectly for me. It took a couple of months to get properly used to drawing like that, but after that it was really nice!

This looks like the same tablet I use! Wacoms seem to be a pretty good investment--my only qualm with them has been that sometimes the driver decides it doesn't want to work. Sometimes restarting the service works, but most of the time when I plug in my tablet I have to restart my laptop to get it working again. But really it's a minor inconvenience; apart from that, I've found these tablets to work amazingly well. :)
