A reference to the 1993 movie 'Crayon Shin-chan: Action Mask vs. Leotard Devil', haigure is the act of forcing subjects to wear a leotard, perform embarrassing poses(most often squatting with hands pointed towards the crotch to form a "V" shape), use comical equipment, and/or repeat the word 'haigure' over and over.
Neither leotards, joke tech nor silly poses qualify for the tag by themselves; use context from the source or the presence of other elements to determine if the image counts.
