Tag type: General
Used when clothing is worn but fails to prevent genitals or nipples from being exposed. Examples include upskirt shots, excessively baggy clothing, and clothing so skimpy that they were never designed to hide the naughty bits.
Not to be used if the exposure is simply from see-through clothing.
Not to be used when no clothing is being worn on that area of the body; should not be used because a bottomless character's genitals are exposed, or a topless character's breasts.
Also not to be used in cases of open_clothes, torn_clothing, skirt_lift, or shirt_lift; this tag only applies when clothes are apparently being worn as intended.
