That wouldn't be that difficult, you'd use a LED in a setup like those 'flickering candle' lights, it's a pretty simple circuit.

Most of the people around me actually think I'm normal (well, fetish-wise anyway), so I wouldn't want to wear anything overt. However a simple button with "I @ HHub" or Hypno-tan or a spiral ahoge would be cool.

I'd buy some kind of Hypno-Tan pendant with blinking LEDs that I could hang from the ceiling for real-world hypnosis (on myself while listening to MP3s).
I actually have something like that, it's a plastic pumpkin thing that was a bonus in a box of Halloween candies and it has three orange blinking LED's and kids were meant to wear it while trick-or-treating to be visible at night but it also works great as an object to focus on during inductions. It's got like one or two watch batteries inside and I've had it for years using it quite often for hypnosis (when they require you to focus on an object) and it still works on the original batteries.
